ADAS technology can significantly improve vehicle safety by incorporating key driving assistance functions such as maintaining a safe distance and controlling the speed. We applied ADAS technology to our electric buses for commercial fleet who’s in need and make our buses safe and sound for both passengers and pedestrians.

We have done a vibration safety test for the battery pack, which has passed EU standards. We also tested on roads in Indonesia, Thailand, and India.

Liquid cooling system

With a patented battery liquid cooling system, Tron Energy’s battery can work at a high temperature and does not affect the lifetime of the battery – which is the heart of electric buses.

Equipped with the multi-phase motor and control systems, which use a direct drive mechanism to obtain the power without any gearbox reductions to obtain greater power efficiency.

Dual-core DSP controller and vector control to enhance safety and reliability. Variable-frequency control to achieve great torque at low speed and smooth motion at high rpm. Adopting the latest technology of IGBT module to have a more stable performance and heat resistance.

Dual CAN Bus and 32-bit processor, equipped with Power Management for regenerating to reduce energy consumption.

The vehicle has been equipped with the Hill Auto hold system, making it safer for drivers and passengers.
